Bio
Kevin, a Personal Trainer and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, began his career by training amateur skiers in Stowe, Vermont. He continued with sport specific training with clients in Boston and NYC as a certified personal trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Kevin’s strengths include sport specific training, weight management, fitness nutrition, and strength training. His training style focuses on joint integrity and functional movement, and he enjoys working with clients who are ready and willing to make a change in their health and lifestyle. Kevin was published in the November 2011 issue of Muscle & Fitness, Diet 911!, and continues to write regularly on training and nutrition.
