Wouldn’t it be great if your physician or physical therapist could speak with your personal trainer, nutritionist or massage therapist about your health? We are working hard to do just that – create a solid communication between Medical and Fitness professionals to help you get the most support from both sides.

Whether it is creating a new lifestyle pattern that works with your physician’s recommendations or helping you integrate back into your regular routine post-injury, we work with your physician to make sure you are getting the best care possible. We are happy to speak with your physician, physical therapist or nurse practitioner at any point to ensure that your work with us is fully supporting your health.

For Medical Professionals:

As a Medical Professional, you might agree that most of the patients you care for would benefit from safe, well-supervised exercise and nutrition counseling, allowing them to get fit, de-stress and make better choices for their health.

Whether it is creating a lifestyle shift to prevent disease or integrating patients back into their regular routine post-rehabilitation, we work with you and within your recommendations to create a program to create lasting health. Continuous feedback is given about each patient and you can rest assured that your patients are getting the best support available, in the comfort of their own homes.

All of our classes and sessions are carefully structured and individually tailored to each client’s needs. Our teachers, trainers and therapists are all nationally certified professionals, many of whom have multiple certifications and licenses allowing them to practice across several disciplines.
